At D2D Cars Taxi Service, we are dedicated to providing a seamless and reliable transportation experience. If you encounter any issues with our service, our refund policy ensures a fair resolution.
1. Refund Eligibility
– Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
– Ride Cancellation by D2D Cars Taxi Service: If we cancel your ride and you have been charged, you are eligible for a full refund.
– Driver No-Show: If the driver does not arrive at the scheduled pickup location within the expected time and you cancel the ride, you may request a full refund.
– Service Issues: If the ride was significantly delayed, unsafe, or did not meet expected service standards, a partial or full refund may be issued after a review.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
If the passenger cancels a ride after the free cancellation window (if applicable).
If the customer cancels the booking within a short period before the scheduled ride, transaction charges may apply to cover processing fees.
Completed Rides: If the ride was completed without major service issues.
Traffic Delays or Uncontrollable Circumstances: Refunds will not be issued for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
Incorrect Booking Information: If incorrect pickup details (e.g., time, location) were provided by the customer.
3. Refund Request Process
Submission: To request a refund, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the ride, providing ride details, the reason for the request, and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, receipts).
Review & Approval: Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
